Rhonda and John were both raised in Maine. Rhonda grew up in Southern Maine
until she went to college at the University of Maine at Farmington (UMF). She then
moved to Richmond, Virginia and obtained a Master of Social Work Degree (MSW). She
worked as a social worker for eight years, the last five in the treatment foster
care field. Rhonda enjoys running, kayaking, scrapbooking, hiking, reading,
cross-country skiing, and spending time with her family.

John grew up in Alna, a little town near the coast. He also graduated
from UMF then went on to get his MSW degree. He has worked
as a social worker/therapist for over ten years in a variety of capacities. He was
able to combine his professional skills with his love of the outdoors by participating
in several week long wilderness trips with at risk youth. John enjoys fishing, archery
hunting, hiking, kayaking, snowshoeing, and camping.

We have three
daughters - Lydia, Elizabeth and Paige. Lydia and Elizabeth enjoy their summers
at camp making new friends and memories that last a lifetime. Paige enjoys being
pampered by all our guests.
